Valves can be constructed either with Nimonic or Stellite faces and valve seats are constructed with Stellite faces. Both valves and valve seats are ground to remove machining tool marks from their respective contacting surfaces.

We can supply our customer with complete turbochargers, rotors, casings, and all related consumables such as bearings and pumps.

DieselCat can provide its customers with new or used cylinder heads / covers.

Aside from outright sales, we also specialize in repairs of damaged covers / heads.

The typical repair procedure consists of sandblasting the item, dye testing or magnaflux, corrective welding, stress relieving, machining of mating surfaces, and pressure testing in accordance to specifications. Contact us for pricing and estimated repair time.

We have the ability to remanufacture most brands of large diesel engine pistons at our facilities.

Having over 25 years of experience in this field, we have the expertise to produce first rate quality piston crowns. We can also replace worn bronze rings on piston skirts with new rings and align the complete piston assembly if required. We work with models from engine manufacturers such as M.A.N. / B&W, SULZER, PIELSTICK, MAK, MITSUBISHI, AKASAKA, DEUTZ, etc.
